Company Profile

Serex Sales Automation Services Inc., founded in 1993 has successfully deployed hundreds of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects. These projects range from very small companies to larger Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries across North America. The key to our success, and longevity, has been that we developed and continuously focus on a set of best practices in the deployment of SFA, CRM and more recently Marketing Automation solutions.

Our main goals are to first identify what our clients' business requirements, objectives and processes are.  Once requirements are well qualified we design a solution that will combine various technologies, products, services and sometimes may even entail process changes. Next, design a deployment and training schedule that will make sense, usually using a combination of classroom and distance learning techniques (Internet based). Our last goal is to make sure that a proper post training and support mechanism is in place in order to support all users of the new system once the initial training has been delivered.

Our non vendor specific solutions focus on improving collaboration amongst the Sales, Marketing and Service groups who touch customers and prospects. We work very closely with management to determine what important interaction metrics need to be measured and reported on. We leverage the experience gained from the hundreds of projects delivered, to structure solutions, methodology of deployment and training that effectively meets our clients current and future business objectives and development needs.

In late 2005 we started providing our clients with  innovative Call Centre Services. Leveraging our expertise in CRM systems we are now delivering to our North American client base a first class Lead Generation and Client Retention Program that is typically linked to the CRM system that our clients have deployed internally. A first!
