If our agents are performing the campaign out of your corporate CRM, the appointment would be scheduled directly on the individual representatives’ calendar without any further communication. If our agent is not performing the campaign out of your corporate CRM, our agent would simply email a list of the appointments to an administrator or to the respective sales representatives directly.
